About Me
I originally trained and qualified as a Sports Massage therapist. With the strains of modern life, especially with the hit of Covid, I wanted to be able to offer more to help with mindfulness and wellbeing so have recently trained and gained a qualification in Hot and Cold stone massage as well. My training allows me to offer a deeper massage with my sports background or using the techniques and training to offer a more relaxing style therapy often thought of as 'Swedish' as well as hot and / or cold stone massage. I have my own insurance in place to cover my work.
I am currently able to offer remote massage sessions as my therapy room is being renovated. I can bring my table to you so you can enjoy a massage from the comfort of your own home.

Great for the body and mind. Hot and cold if desired stone massage using the 'thermotherapy' to create a deep, relaxing, healing treatment.
